How to play this build
In bot, poke with Double Up (Q) bouncing off a minion onto the ADC and with Make It Rain (E) for AoE slow and damage. In teamfights, find a good angle for the ult (Bullet Time) from the back: it's a damage bomb.

The ultimate (R) is always leveled at 6, 11 and 16.

- Why this order
- Make It Rain (E) for AoE poke and slow as support; Q second for the bounce. As an ADC you'd max Q first.
Items and what they do

Frost Queen's Claim Support item: AP and passive gold; active sends ghosts that slow and give vision. -
The Black Cleaver AD and health; your hits stack armor shred on the target. -
Boots of Mobility Boots with huge out-of-combat move speed; great for roaming. -
Youmuu's Ghostblade AD, crit and CDR; active gives a burst of attack speed and move speed to assassinate.
Masteries: how they work
In Season 3 you have up to 30 points (at level 30) to split across three trees: Offense (damage), Defense (durability) and Utility (mana, cooldown reduction and mobility). The notation 21/0/9 means 21 points in Offense, 0 in Defense and 9 in Utility.
