How to play this build

Poke with Boomerang Blade (Q) which hits going out and coming back, and use Spell Shield (E) to negate the enemy's engage ability. The ult (On The Hunt) speeds up your whole team: force winning fights or chases.

The ultimate (R) is always leveled at 6, 11 and 16.

Why this order: Boomerang (Q) for poke; Ricochet (W) second. E (spell shield) at 1 point — you only need to negate one engage.

Items and what they do

Sightstone Support item granting free ward charges to control vision.
Frost Queen's Claim Support item: AP and passive gold; active sends ghosts that slow and give vision.
The Black Cleaver AD and health; your hits stack armor shred on the target.
Boots of Mobility Boots with huge out-of-combat move speed; great for roaming.
Statikk Shiv Attack speed, crit and move speed; charges up and zaps several enemies in a chain.

Runes

In classic LoL, runes were a system SEPARATE from masteries: bought with IP (Influence Points) and slotted into 4 tiers — Marks (red), Seals (yellow), Glyphs (blue) and Quintessences (purple, the strongest). They gave flat stats: damage, armor, penetration, etc.

Masteries: how they work

In classic LoL you have up to 30 points (at level 30) to split across three trees: Offense (damage), Defense (durability) and Utility (mana, cooldown reduction and mobility). The notation 21/0/9 means 21 points in Offense, 0 in Defense and 9 in Utility.
