How to play this build

In lane, put Explosive Charge (E) on the enemy and detonate with autos for pressure. Use Rocket Jump (W) defensively until late (it resets on kills). In teamfights, leverage your huge range to hit safely; save the ult to peel a diver or finish someone fleeing.

Max priority:

The ultimate (R) is always leveled at 6, 11 and 16.

Why this order

Explosive Charge (E) for burst and waveclear; Rapid Fire (Q) second for DPS. W (jump) at 1 point — it's your mobility.

Items and what they do

1. 
   Berserker's Greaves Boots granting attack speed.
2. 
   Infinity Edge High AD, crit and increased crit damage. Core of almost every ADC.
3. 
   Phantom Dancer Attack speed, crit and move speed; ignores unit collision.
4. 
   Statikk Shiv Attack speed, crit and move speed; charges up and zaps several enemies in a chain.
5. 
   The Bloodthirster High AD and lifesteal; forms a shield when at full health.
6. 
   Blade of the Ruined King % max-health on-hit and lifesteal; active steals move speed. Melts tanks.

Runes

In classic LoL, runes were a system SEPARATE from masteries: bought with IP (Influence Points) and slotted into 4 tiers — Marks (red), Seals (yellow), Glyphs (blue) and Quintessences (purple, the strongest). They gave flat stats: damage, armor, penetration, etc.

Masteries: how they work

In classic LoL you have up to 30 points (at level 30) to split across three trees: Offense (damage), Defense (durability) and Utility (mana, cooldown reduction and mobility). The notation 21/0/9 means 21 points in Offense, 0 in Defense and 9 in Utility.
