How to play this build

Weak laning phase: farm safe and use Tumble (Q) to position your three Silver Bolts (W) hits on the same target. In teamfights, kite with Q, condemn divers into walls, and activate the ult to go invisible on each tumble. Your win condition is the late-game 1v9 if you scale well.

Max priority:

The ultimate (R) is always leveled at 6, 11 and 16.

Why this order

Silver Bolts (W) for the true damage that melts tanks; Tumble (Q) second for repositioning. E (stun) at 1 point.

Items and what they do

1. 
   Berserker's Greaves Boots granting attack speed.
2. 
   Blade of the Ruined King % max-health on-hit and lifesteal; active steals move speed. Melts tanks.
3. 
   Phantom Dancer Attack speed, crit and move speed; ignores unit collision.
4. 
   Infinity Edge High AD, crit and increased crit damage. Core of almost every ADC.
5. 
   The Bloodthirster High AD and lifesteal; forms a shield when at full health.
6. 
   Frozen Mallet Lots of health and some AD; your auto-attacks slow the target (permaslow).

Runes

In classic LoL, runes were a system SEPARATE from masteries: bought with IP (Influence Points) and slotted into 4 tiers — Marks (red), Seals (yellow), Glyphs (blue) and Quintessences (purple, the strongest). They gave flat stats: damage, armor, penetration, etc.

Masteries: how they work

In classic LoL you have up to 30 points (at level 30) to split across three trees: Offense (damage), Defense (durability) and Utility (mana, cooldown reduction and mobility). The notation 21/0/9 means 21 points in Offense, 0 in Defense and 9 in Utility.
